I followed a weight gain diet for many days
I gained 10kgs - 43kg to 53kg
Now if I come back to my earlier habits like 3 meals a day - lunch - 300g rice dal egg
Dinner - same
Brkfast - 60g sattu milkshake
Is it enough to maintain that weight or will I start to lose..
Please sir/ma'am I am very confused..
Is it possible to gain weight or muscle by eating 3 meals a day.please help sir/ma'am.
