Hi I'm pregnant but beta hcg is 420. From morning I have mild vaginal bleeding like drops/ spotting along with pelvic pain. Is it serious. Should I go to hospital.?

Consulted 2 doctors but problem still persists. Where the area above vagina is always dry. Medicines given Lactogut UG, himract gel, Nu force cream,Camoft , T chumeiol forte.
I consultant with gynaecologist related to periods, she prescribed yamini tablet, today 2 months is completed, how many days or months I have to continue yamini tablet. I am in Village, pls help
I never missed my menstruation but this month I missed them.I have tried every home remedies but they didn't work. Normally I get my periods on date between 17-19 Last time I got my periods on 19th March I have 3 fibroadenomas also,in left breast and I was taking primosa I am having my exam on 5th may Could it be because of some kinda stress? Is it possible that u r four months pregnant and still your beta hcg value is negative i.e less than two.please tell me doctor.Is pregnancy really possible with negative beta hcg?
