Hi I'm pregnant but beta hcg is 420. From morning I have mild vaginal bleeding like drops/ spotting along with pelvic pain. Is it serious. Should I go to hospital.?

Normally I get my periods on date between 17-19 Last time I got my periods on 19th March I have 3 fibroadenomas also,in left breast and I was taking primosa I am having my exam on 5th may Could it be because of some kinda stress?
