Intracranial cyst

Hello, My wife has undergone TIFFA scan at 20th weeks of pregnancy. Doctors have observed a intracranial cyst of size 1.1x0.6 cm and suggested to go for MRI scan after 2 weeks. Except this, baby growth is observed good. Baby weighs 317 gms. When I googled about this, found these cysts can disappear after 24 weeks of pregnancy. Can you please tell me the impact of these cysts and can they disappear?

Delayed periods

My partner took ipill just 2-3 hours after the intercourse. She got her period just after 7 days of her last period again... now her period is delayed for about 10 days of her regular date... is this because of ipill side effects or something else? There are no other symptoms of pregnancy. Should we wait fee more days?

Tablets issues

My wife is 2 months pregnant, did the urine test showing positive, we concerned the gynaecologist for pregnancy prevention,following providing the mifepristone & misoprostol tablets.. The course of tablets were completed yesterday,there was little bit of bleeding and it stoped, a day have passed yet there is no further bleeding outcomes, we are worried as the tablets are aint working, Do help?

Medicine confirmation

LMP was 22nd July. Period was not regular . Doctor has advised not to take normoz now. Anomaly scan not done due to late ovalution . Current medicine Gestofit 300 sr, innovfol and calcium and iron tablets and softovac and daily antacid pantoride 40. My question 1. Everyday antacid is ok? 2. Is it sufficient for folic acid and dha? 3. Is it ok for her spicy good like Biriyani, fried rice and frozen food? 4. She should take rest fully or do some excersize. Though she had some bleeding during 1st trimester and doctor prescribed hucog 5000 inj. I am fully confused about her diet because she is very choosey and no one is there to take care except me and Everyday I have office. Kindly suggest what should I do?
