Fatigue legs cramps body pain anxiety
I have unfirmed stools sometimes normal sometimes not normal lose mushy I have anxiety and I m on stop IBS tablet and mustakarishta syrup I get anxiety in sleep sudden I wake up with panic attacks pls give me remedies for this and I m worried is anything wrong with my brain or heart also I have leg cramps fatigue when these lose mushy stools occur I m fed up with this prblm since 1 .5 yr I m having this problem
Mahamash vs Mahavishgarbha oil
Respected Ayurvedic physicians here 🙏🏻, Please guide me for the oil with better efficacy between Mahamash ( niramish) oil and Mahavishgarbha oil for cervical trapezius muscles spasms and nerve weakness around neck. My eyes are very sensitive to fragrance and catch allergy from fragrances like camphor. Eyes get red, swollen and watery with such fragrances. Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs
I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏

My wife zainab malik last period date is 5th March 2026 She is having pain in back We went for sonography after prescribed by doctor It's 4.9 mm kidney stones Please check the report and confirm should we go with kidney stones treatment or should we wait for delivery only no need for any another treatment Pain is still there nearby back My wife drinks 9 glass of water She is around 6 month pregnant.
