I visited ortho doctor he mentioned to take zerodol th max 4 for 5 days morning and night and pregaba m75 for 10 days. Is it ok to pregaba m75 with asomex 2.5 which I'm taking from 2 years. Also can I stop pregaba m75 after 10 days? Please help
Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Also, I've fallen on this knee 4-5 times in the last 2 years, and fractured my ankle 3 months back which led to plaster. If you can please give me some clarity about the findings. Got meniscus injury in left knee in Jan 2026 and has been in rehab, Grade 1 lateral complex tear with Discoid Meniscus, knocked knees - Has started walking but slow without walker - getting catches or snaps and not locks 2 inches below meniscus in the back upper calf left side and in the front left side 2 inches below meniscus joint line or tear - during the catch usually pains in the front 2 inches below meniscus left side of left affected knee for 1-2 seconds but sometimes the current feels till lower down in the last 2 toes.
