Getting blackness back side of teeth
Iam getting blackness on backside of teeth especially between teeth back side .. Recently removed that blackness from a dentist 3 months ago .. Now it started more . I thought it's permanent solution. But never though it will be back in just 3 months .. Iam not drinking any cooldrinks and alcohol and ciggerates also I brush twice . But still . I spent 1500 for removing blackness but now 😔again . Plz tell why is it recurring

Hello Doctor's... I want to ask which method is best for my teeth to fill the gap in between and make it symmetrical..I went to one dentist and she said you can go with braces but for symmetrical..you have get your 2 teeth extracted and I didn't go with it as I don't want to do something with my teeth which will make it look worse... Ik it is not necessary things but I want to do it for looking better and cosmetic treatment are meant for that.. Night guard and weird jaw pressure

I have habit of severe bruxism which aggravated when my brother passed away 4 months ago I got a night guard made some time ago but unable to motivate myself to use it I used for 3 days- every morning i would wake up with tightness n pressure in jaw so i stopped The guard fits nicely n doesnt feel uncomfortable though I have a deep bite as per my dentist n thats why it will take time for jaw to align
