Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. My height is 5'9" (175 cm), my weight is 100 kg, and my BMI is 32.6 kg/m². My recent morning total testosterone level is 321 ng/dL (reference range: 249–836 ng/dL). Although it is within the normal range, it seems low for my age. My HbA1c is 5.7%. Do I need any further evaluation? Do I need any treatment, medicine, or supplements? I have attached my testosterone report. Please advise.
I have issues with consistent keeping the penis erect, it will erect for a few periods during intimacy but when going for intercourse. It will be soft and wont be able to penetrate. I have micropenis condition and have not had intercourse. This is causing problems with my current relationship. Is it curable? Or permanent?
I am type2 diabetic under remission not taking any diabtic meds but taking eritel 40 for bp.
While doing mastrubation.the time to ejaculte is just 1-2 minutes and sometimes even lower .why its happening so . Is it cause future problem after marrige .
So in my previous post, I had described how I have had a sexual intercourse with a sex worker. I wore the condom right from the beginning to the very end, it didn't break or slip and remained intact. Since I didn't like the whole experience from the very beginning, I already started losing the erection when I was doing the vaginal intercourse.
But since it was my first time, I visited a doctor for my peace of mind and he asked me for an STD/STI screening that involved some basic STI screening tests including HIV-1 RNA PCR right within 2-3 days of my sexual encounter. It came negative and my doctor said that there's nothing to worry about and everything is fine. However, if I want I could go through one more follow right after 6 weeks.
Should I rely on these tests considering that it was done within 2-3 days only?
My anxiety has gone down now but still I'm worried now and then. Please help.
We are recently married, and my husband is unable to penetrate due to tightness in my vagina. Please advise.
