ECG Report

Is this ECG report normal or not please tell me.

Chest pain & discomfort

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Seldom I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? If yes then is it life threatning? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Thank you

My father age 47 had cabg (all arterial) on 3rd of jan 2026 he has long term hypertension currently avg bp is 125/90 he has another issue which is concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction grade 1 how can that be cured he has currently no symptoms like he had pre op but he had an instance post op where his bp got into hypertensive crises he did go to hospital got the bp controlled but docs said we need to do an angio because your troponin is high 2 readings were 289 and 302 his ecg was normal his currents medications are triolmazest 20 in morning olmazest beta 50 and ecosprin gold 40 at night since he has no symptoms should he get any tests done he got his blood work done a month ago lipid normal lft normal kft shows mildly elevated uric acid is there any change in meds that should be done or any other investigation and how to control concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction

Crp 10. 7 pain in middle of chest

My son age 3 yes weight 14 kgwas having pain in upper abdomen. His crp quantative level were 8.7mg/l on 4th may and 10.7mg/l on 28may. His lft ast and alp was mild elevated on 4th then, came normal on 29 may. His cbc lft kft stool and urine routine and culture, h. Pylori antigen, echo, ecg , blood culture, usg abdomen ,ferritin,all normal. What can be possible reason of elevated crp which is increasing? No teething issue got checked by dentist. Troponin i 53ng/ml and nt bnp pro 135ng/ml  and ferritin213 ng/ml alp 180.usg abdomen normal pain in chest sometimes when running
