Hello Doctor, I am 18 years old. I am suffering from chronic Nightfall (Nocturnal Emission) for the last 2 years. History: I started the habit of masturbation in Class 8, but I completely quit it 2 years ago. Since I stopped, I have been facing frequent nightfall issues. I feel extreme physical weakness, and my eyesight feels weak/blurry due to this constant loss of energy. I have severe gastric issues, especially after drinking milk.
