I am having an open ulcer or lump type thing on my pubic hairs above the penis. It has a clear watery discharge with odour and itches a little. It's white in colour. I had one last month and it healed naturally after 2 weeks. Now it has happened again but is significantly bigger in size. I've been trying to keep it dry but it keeps getting wet with the watery discharge. It's all white in colour and painless.

Hello, I have been married for the last 4yrs and this is the first time I am facing this issue. Due to some family emergency situations I didn't have physical intercourse or masturbated for around 35 to 40 days. After the 40 days when I had physical intercourse the timing was hardly 2 to 3mins.
