Good Afternoon Doctor, My wife is suffering with High BP. Sugar and with thyroid problem. Taking medicines since long. She is also suffering with loosening of body control at that time she feels headache. She also feels thirsty and want to sleep. After sleeping 1 and 2 hours she feels fresh. Severely she feels some tired also. Consult with general physician but there is no improvement. Now a days she feels much sleepy in morning kitchen time.

The medications have remained the same for the past two months, and the doctor provided a new three-month prescription. At his second checkup, the doctor noted possible nerve compression in his neck and suggested a neck support. However, if this does not improve, surgery might be required. Could you provide a second opinion on whether the nerve compression is likely and if we should consider changing his medication or other interventions at this stage?
