Heart Rate in 50-60 rpm

Hi I led a complete inactive lifestyle past 5-6 years(since COVID I am tied to home).Even I do very little household work due to my IT work.  Recent 2 years, I have had many health issues for which I consulted various dept doctors. Especially chest pain. ECG ECHO everything was normal( Doing regular annual health checkups). This health concern disturbed me and  my confidence a lot. I decided to lose weight from 85 kg. I did dieting( avoiding diary, oil, sugar and portion control on carbs) and lost about 12 kgs in 8 months. Still not much physical activity. But I notice my heart rate is around 50 s while sleeping and 50-60 while resting like sitting or lie down. Experienced shortness of breath, dizziness and nausea at times. Is it normal heart rate? Should I be concerned about anything here.

Concern related to Low Heart Rate

** Doctors Help** I am a 33 Year old Male, 5’ 8”, 78Kgs. BP ranges from 118/77- 115/70 - 110–68. SPO2 : 98–100 Over last few years I have lost many Kgs down from ~90Kgs. I usually did my evening walks for around 4–5Kms a day; that is till I got Cervical Spondylitis with compressing in C6, C7 in 2024 Jan. Which also triggered my Anxiety. So I have all the classic symptoms of anxiety from Jan (Nervousness, Fear, Agitation, Short Breath, dizziness) Recently I was diagnosed with Mild Fatty Liver after which I drastically cut my Sugar, Salt and Carb intake and increased water intakes. Few days l got a low HR notification in sleep from my Apple Watch. It said that my heart rate dropped to 39 while I was sleeping around 3–4AM. I got concerned and quickly went to a Doctor where I had 2 ECG/EKGs, 1 Echo Cardiogram, 1 Holter Monitor 24Hours. All of them turned out to be normal.
