My amh is low 1.74 ..done with hysteroscopy...my doctor has given me testosterone gel to apply on abdomen...what are the benifit of that gel ..is there any side effects

Im 18 weeks pregnant and in my last scan my cervix length was about 2.8 cm. I have been put on duvadilan retard twice a day. What precautions should i take? Can i go out normally for lunch and dinners or should i rest at home full time?
