Hello Doc, Today I went for an ECG and here is the report. can you check if this is normal. I am getting a very mild pain in the chest.

I have no symptoms just had palpitations due to anxiety, my heart rate used to be high so got ECG done It shows sinus tachycardia with borderline T abnormalities, diffuse leads.... T flats/neg ECG report is attached Please guide is it something serious, I'm worried about this Doctor just prescribed me flupentixol and melitracen tablets for 10 days to control stress. Is this something serious?
