103 fever in every 6 hrs with shivering

Having fever with shivering from last four days, plz suggest medicines, feeling very week, reports uploaded. Past treatment:lupus, osteoporosis, Hrepes Zoster, motor plexopathy right side.

Painful feet and numbness in toes

I went abroad to Holland and done a fair bit of walking (around 5-6miles) within 24hrs. My feet were aching and I did continue to walk on them while away.
