I got diagnosed with balanitis about 4 days back, while I had only 2 visible red patches under the foreskin with thin discharge sticking on the surface of that patch initially. I never had any itching but had tenderness on the head area, doctor prescribed t bact cream to be applied on the patch two times for 2 days then reduced it to 1 time now however now I still see some white spot again under the foreskin developing at same location. My question is could this be fungal balanitis without itch? I am just wasting time using t bact cream
I have have got this different size white tiny bumps near the pubic hair at the start of penis. Its not paining, no puss, just itching because of friction. I am not sure what to apply.
I am seeing that bumps are below the hair, as if bump happened to due hair friction.
Kindly suggest what should i do
