Chest pain and head

I have pain in the center of chest that cames and go and feels pressure and heaviness in the chest ,feels like pins and neddle and palpitation sometimes pain in the left hand and one side of head from left side above and side to left eye is twicting means having dip dip and in the morning serve headache only on one side of head one of the forehead nerve is visible sometime also i have done multi test and ecg echo tmt CBC-11.37,TLC-7.57,SGPT-59,SGOT-25 GGT-42,CHolestrol-111,Triglyceride-64 Vitamind3-54,TSH-0.8,Creatinine-0.71,Uric acid-5,Urea-17.4 Blood sugar fasting-99 ,ESR-10,LDH-190 Plz suggest what i will do for relief and i am taking(petril beta)-10mg HS

Pain from right neck into scalp

Piercing pain going from right neck into scalp from last 07 years. The pain is all the while when head is bent for sometime.

Nausea and diziness

Its been 3-5 and i feel nausea and diziness and it happens anytime but mostly outside if i try to eat food or water unable to do that they make it worse i have deficiency of vitamin d and b12 which is treated and 1 month also paased but still i face this problem what actually i have many says its anxiety but if feels too physical like i have weakness or deficiency of something please help me what to do iam get very tired when i go outside i think i eat this or that but when i take few bites it happens guide me please the symptoms of nausea and diziness i face right now, same and accurate i get when i stand staright in assembly in sun for more than 1 hour
