Spine Cervical Mylopathy

Sir/Madam My mother 58yrs had compression in C3 to c7 levels in MRI SPINE. But clinical examination reflexes and few symptoms are absent. But heavy weekness, dizziness, walking imbalance, gait walk, falling sensation walking. But no pains , no numbness. Whether it is Cervical Mylopathy or not. Whether clinical examination reflexes and pain mandatory to finalize mylopathy once it's compression clearly shown in MRI Spine. Please help me out with exact guidance. Thankyou.

Hello Doctors, I am a school student participating in vivo ignite tech nation wide competition. Actually, I really didn't had any option to go out and look for information so I searched online and landed up here.! Actually, I am already a student who dreams to be in med-world but that's a long way ahead. Before only I got to know about this competition and I am currently thinking of developing something related to med tech. As you know world is evolving so is technology. I thought of some dental devices or something to help on with surgery or reduce muscle strain for your exhausting working hours.I also thought of hand tremors for surgery efficiency. I wonder if you could help me with the ideas.If you can please do tell me what's the most tiring thing in your routine or something that strains you up so much.The more the consents the better, because only with variety I can come up with a better and best idea.I hope you can help me as I don't have much time to submit the manuals.Thanku.

Fatigue , exhaustion

I am 35 yrs old male. Since 6 - 7 months i am having this issues. No matter how much i sleep in morning i am always exhausted in morning. When i wake up i feel my all muscles and joints stiff and sore not typical pain. Fatigue and exhaustion are so severe that cant even get up Sleep is sometime disturbed but still 6 hrs sleep. Fatigue is not propotional to it. It is way severe Following reports done and its normal:- Ecg , echo B12 , d3 , magnesium Cbc Hb= 13.2 ANA , HLA B27 , RF , ANTI CCP ALL NEGETIVE Crp , esr normal LFT AND KFT usg abdomen Mri spine Serum electrolytes Urine and blood culture Thyroid profile Sugar profile Mysthenia gravis antibody Allergy testing Tb gold test All normal What can it be ? My local doctor saying it can be chronic fatigue syndrome ? Is it ? Why it cause so much fatigue even after sleep and joint soreness in morning ? Pls solve this queri

Head tightness aftr Sudying/eating food

1) Problem -I have been feeling  forehead tightness tightness (Pressure like) since 3 yrs. This tightness become worse on- studying, mobile screen,  Smell of Spicy food, Eating- spicy foods, Sweet products, Banana, & Onions.No throbbing pain, only tightness. 2)All tests are Normal-Brain MRI, BP, Suger(FBS), Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid, CT PNS,Eye Check,Vit-D&B12, Prolectin, Sodium serum. 3)My earlier lifestyle- I was seriously preparing for competitive exams via Online class since 2020.So, i cut physical activities and Outdoor sports. I  devoted myself only for study in a closed room. I Used to study in mobile pdf mostly. In jan 2023, I started feeling forehead tightness while I was Studying . Gradually,I started feeling forehead tightness on eating any food. 4) Visited many doctors but What problem I have is still unknown? Currently, taking Nexdom painkiller (some releif) daily . But I always fear that it cause serious side by effects on kidney latter. Hopeless, tired in life.
