I have back and knee pain. After 6 months of delivery, I started my regular workouts like squats and lunges and deadlift etc. I started developing knee pain so visited orthopaedic doctor. I continue to do those targeted exercises like strengthening knee, inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes etc but haven't had much relief. What is the next steps i should do?
