Doctor, I have had a bumpy structure on both palatopharyngeal arches for the past few years, which I have marked in the attached photos. I am 25 years old and a smoker.About 3 years ago, I consulted an ENT specialist regarding this. The doctor examined me and said that it was due to inflammation and prescribed Sporlac. After taking the medicine, the bumpy structure disappeared. However, about three months later, it appeared again, initially on the left side.I have also had a habit of eating spicy and oily foods, late-night meals such as biryani, and consuming alcohol for the past two years. I have recently stopped drinking alcohol and have also reduced/avoided spicy and oily foods and late-night meals.I am concerned about whether these persistent/recurrent bumps could be related to cancer because I am a smoker. I frequently examine my throat using a mirror and my mobile phone torch, and this has been causing health anxiety. Could you please recommend appropriate treatment.

I would like to know the possible cause and whether further evaluation is needed Pain also feels in bilateral hip and juction of neck behind
Hello Doctor, I have a torn earlobe and I'm considering earlobe repair surgery. I would like to know: 1. How long does the surgery usually take? 2. How long does it take for the earlobe to heal completely? 3. After how many weeks or months can I wear earrings again? 4. Will there be a visible scar after the surgery? 5. Are there any precautions I should follow during recovery? Thank you.
