I have been suffering from tonsil stones on my right tonsil for years. I cannot manually remove them. It very rarely comes out when coughing. It's causing me persistent bad breath no matter what I do. I've already tried salt water gargle, mouthwash and all the remedies available. When I touch my right tonsil and smell it, it's awful. What's the solution because I've already tried all the home remedies and it's affecting my quality of life.
I have a history of earwax buildup. Recently, I had wax blockage in my left ear and used Clearwax ear drops. I have removed wax using ear buds and it came out and my hearing became normal. Today, I felt irritation in my right ear and used an ear bud. Some wax came out, but I think the rest got pushed deeper. My hearing in the right ear is now reduced to around 30%. I started using Clearwax drops again. There is no severe pain, dizziness, discharge, or fever. Should I continue the drops for a few more days, or do I need ENT wax removal? Is this anything serious??
