Hairfall and hair growth

I am facing major hairfall recent days. I have done my blood test done . It has deficiencies like vitamin D3, B12, iron and haemoglobin is also low and I also do feel fatigue and laziness. So could you suggest what can be done and what should I include in my diet so that my hair growth will improve naturally and hair hair fall will stop.

Skin allergic rash

My son has been suffering from an allergic rash on body precisely on wrist for the last 14 days. Initially upon dermatologist consultation he was on teczine syrup for 3 days with desowen ointment when his rash abruptly grew. After that upon paediatric consultation he was on histafree syrup and flutivate lotion for 7 days where his rash subsided but not completely cured. Then according to the paediatrician we consulted a new dermatologist who again prescribed teczine syrup although i mentioned him regarding out break of rash of initial teczine doses.he ignored and told me that it will grow then  will reduce. He prescribed the medication for 15 days.My son is now 3 days on teczine syrup and elocon ointment with physiogel application but his rash again increased.is the treatment going wrong ? Please help me should we continue?

Painful pimples

Have some painful, raised pimples on my cheek. I have been using benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night. Recently, I notice slight itching for a while after applying the gel, but I do not have burning. I also use Dot & Key face wash and Ponds moisturizer. The face wash feels comfortable and does not irritate my skin. Please tell me what could be causing these pimples and whether I should continue using benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel.

Body itching

Constant itching on the body, severe at night , all blood test reports are normal including elisa test from n other things. Usually get rashes while itching on the back, in the night its usually from head to toe Attaching the picture of how it looks after a little scratch
