I have endometriosis and chocolate cyst since last 1 year. Doctors gave Dienogest 2mg. Have missed periods for that since October. But cyst size have not reduced since that. Before that if was reducing slightly. Now stopped. Don't know what's the solution to this. Will I have to continue Dienogest lifelong?

I have been reading online where people dont notice they are pregnant up until Labour cause of lack of Symptoms, undetectable hcg due to hormonal imbalance, got periods throughout pregnancy or unrecognizable fetal movements and tummy growth due to retroverted uterus/anterior placenta. Is it possible that I have undetected pregnancy in my case?
