This is the first time My periods are delayed by 8 days and i am experiencing severe cramps but there is no bleeding. I have also taken the pregnancy test which was negative. I am not able to sleep properly.

My partner last menstruation date is February 27th, We had oral sex on March 27th. Still no periods. From October 2025 she had 21 days cycle till February 2026. Hi, I am currently about 2–3 months pregnant. Since today morning, I have been experiencing itching on my palms, feet, stomach, and other parts of my body. When I scratch, raised marks appear on my skin (like lines or bumps). I also noticed that the itching reduces when I wash with cold water. However, the itching is present even in the morning.
