We would like to consult you regarding this critical case. The patient (65-year-old male) is currently admitted at Max Hospital, Dehradun, and is on tracheostomy support following severe pneumonia with sepsis.
Despite ongoing treatment, there has been no significant improvement. The reports also indicate a multidrug-resistant infection (Acinetobacter), and the patient is still dependent on suction and NG feeding due to swallowing difficulty.

A unvaccinated puppy licked my private part by accident while i was sleeping. After few days i got constipation and few days after Dysuria (mild). Im worried. So yesterday I felt sudden dizziness and subtle imbalance. Had to rest after that, whole night wasn't so active like always. Then the next morning it felt like heaviness on the head and imbalance, unsteady while walking or movement. And 2 days back I got excessive sweating while working. So need to know is this happening due to heat or anything like that?
I am attaching a pic. I have had this issue for 20 days. I noticed a ringworm kind of patch and also white layer in my groin area which is itchy sometimes. Need medication or any home remedies.

Since 7 months i am having non cyclic pain in right breast and armpit, done all types of physical examination by general surgeon, ultrasound, chest x ray, blood test: nothing came out but problem dint go despite all types of medicines, physiotherapy etc.
Now since 3-4 days I have also started having the same pain in my left armpit and side of breast.
I am very stressed as visited so many doctors but pain is just increasing and spreading.
