Snake bite.
I have been bitten by a snake or an insect. There are two bite marks a few cm apart. It's almost 14 hours after the bite but no symptoms. Was that a snake bite or not? Am I safe?

2 days back I got first dose of venofer 2 ampules 200 mg in 250 ml N/S saline , usually it's given in 100 ml saline but I increase saline water as I'm weak bit under weight I thought iron will be heavy for me so diluting 200 mg in more saline will be good, I got no reaction nothing but after few hours till now I'm feeling dull lack of energy , less concentration of mind lack of alertness , lethargy feels like mind is dull , stomach cramps , black stool and dairreah low appetite , is all this dangerous? I was suppose to get next dose tomorrow within gap of two days but because of these side effect I'm delaying it to next week I don't know what to do because back in 2017 age 19 when I got venofer nothing like this happened but this time I'm feeling dull mind lethargy now I'm 26

Tongue pain since 2017
I have been facing lots of weird medical problems for years now. They come and go and I dont know what is wrong. From 2014 to 2017 I used to get fast heartbeats, in 2015-17 I started getting lots of hives, in 2017 onwards I have this tongue problem as attached. I was in school until 2016 and after coming out of school, I gained fat very fast that by 2017 I reached 64 kg from some 54 kg but my neck gained fat weirdly (see attached). I have tested my thyroid and it was normal. My blood pressure and sugar level comes normal as well. I also get facial bloating whenever I eat pizza so I thought maybe I am allergic to lactose but then I eat paneer and milk without any problems. I don't like the smell of curd and I get an instant urge to vomit just from smelling it but I can eat it without problem when the smell is not there. I don't like buttermilk at all. What exactly is wrong with me?
