Fasting came 104 and pp sugar was 124 when i eat 2 paneer parantha with curd . Even I started eating low glycemic index rice . My pp with rice will be 154. I have started walking after dinner everday . I have stopped tea except in morning and too with less sugar . My father 75 is also diabetic . When i am eating liitle rice and roti also pp is high . I am working full time 8to 5 6 days a week . What can I do to reverse this condition . When can I have again hb1ac test. Since working i cant follow too much diet schedule . I think if i will again do blood test in august month - hb1ac will be more. Is frequent urination common in prediabtes
