Yesterday I miss one dose evening fever then come 100.3 then i take medicine its 98.5

I exposure with my Friend i use precaution after 10 min it break 2 to 5 min inside vagina Then I wear new precaution immediately
Then my friend after our relation she test for hiv 1 & 2 rapid card serum from lab Blood taken from her vein its negative
I also exposure with worker girl that time i also use precaution that didn't break

I am married 2.5 yrs , during our intimate moments it is slow to get erection and it looses within seconds.
I used to masturbate regularly before marriage.
I get erection normally during imaginations .
My work nature is like 10 days I will be with my wife and reaming 20 i will be away from home .
During I am with my my wife i won't be masturbating. But while I am away I try to control and in 3-4 days I will again start to masturbate.
I want to stop this habit and I wish to have a good intimacy with my wife.
