Cotton bud plucked in my left ear and I got otomycosis ear wax and ear blocked I got treated and cured Till then I got tinnitus since 2 years How to get rid of this ? Please any ENT Consultant doctors

I have severe pain under my left ear downwards to my neck and I feel difficult in swallowing and there is slight inflammation there but no redness and nothing just i have severe pain there what could be the reason doc is it something serious or it will be ok by itself within few days, by the it is since last 3-4 days , is there any home remedy which I can do to reduce this because I live in hostel and it's my exam time I can't even go for checkup.
