Pimple between midline of buttockssudden

Hi there, I'm suffering from swelling, redness, pain between upper two sides of buttock associated with fever and I've consulted general physician nearby. He has prescribed cefuroxime and pain killers for 10 days and I've undergone cbp and crp blood test as well. In cbp there is esoniphilia and crp is 29.5. Fever went down after taking antibiotics and returned again day before yesterday it's low grade fever at the evening and. today suddenly I got a pimple between mid line of buttock and it busted and was bleeding and pain all of a sudden reduced. I'm bit worried as it was bleeding for few minutes and stopped and again after passing stools it bleeds for few minutes not from anus but from pimple from midline. Need guidance which Dr should I consult. Kindly help please. It's an humble request.
