I have open pores on my cheeks and nose, tiny bumps on my forehead, and mild perioral pigmentation. My skin currently looks dull and I am also looking to improve overall skin brightness and glow.

Ponds super light gel oil free moisturizer with the hyaluronic acid and vitamin e hydrate skin non sticky
Dr. Sheth's Ceramide & Vitamin C Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++, Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB Protection, In-Vivo tested, Lightweight, No White Cast, Reduces tan
Please guide me on a daily routine and suitable ingredients (like Vitamin C, Niacinamide, or Alpha Arbutin) for skin brightening and refining pores.
Onset: 13 September 2026, after applying MARS makeup setting spray.
Affected area: Predominantly the left cheek and the area around/below the left eye.
Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side.
Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared.
Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face.
Suspected cause: Possible irritant or allergic contact reaction to an ingredient in the setting spray; exact cause not confirmed.
Doctor, I have a very small lump in the middle of my lower back, just above my hips. I’ve had it for around 4–5 years. It doesn’t hurt and I haven’t noticed any significant increase in size. I first noticed it after I had a boil/infection in that area4-5 yrs back.It feels harder when I bend forward and softer when I sit.ive attached it's picture

I have face neck scalp ears nose itching suddenly it comes and go.Its severe during night and I also consulted many dermatologists,they gave me many steroids creams,oral tablets, ketokanazole shampoo from many brands I used no use.I don't have danruf or flakes or greasy but it's itching like something on my scalp and face itching due to this .Im just using uv doux moisturizer for face and simple face wash .And try many good branded shampoos too.i recently coloured my hair and my scalp is itching like something I'm not using any thing for hair except densita shampoo...even doctor told me to use mildy shampoo that I also dint help me it made my face even more itching.Can you pls tell me what should I do
