Diagnosed with dengue, today is 13 day and done my CBC and my concern lym % is very high and neut % is very low so please say why I am really very worried and report of today is attached

Hi, Is verzinio, capecitabine targeted therapies available in india? If so how much costly it is? Is this an imported one like ribociclib or indian version is there? And for metastatic hormone positive and her2 negative with liver mild metabolic activity, in case if targeted therapy fails what will be next option any immunotherapy is available? My father ,aged 59, was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on July, 2023, following EUS-FNAC & ERCP surgery. He is also a Type-2 Diabetic pt. On July, 2023, he underwent Whipple surgery as part of his treatment. Post-surgery, he received six months of chemo, which consisted of Gemcitabine and Capecitabine. The chemo regimen involved Gem. administered in 6 cycles, each comprising three sessions per week. Cap. was taken once in the morning and twice at night for 14 consecutive days, followed by a seven-day break. The chemo concluded on February, 2024. A PET scan revealed metastases to the lungs and liver and underwent liver biopsy.The doctor has advised Teyoges 20mg two times for 21 days with 7 days off, and this cycle is to be continued.Additionally, the patient has received the first dose of Oxaliplatin 150mg on 27th March, with another chemo session scheduled after 3 weeks. currently pt. is too week, having body pain and loss of appetite. can we reduce the dose of teyoges
Small vascular fibredenoma in breast
Hi, i recently felt pain in breast, went for ultrasound,it says small vascular fibredenoma, measure 2.5*1.5*1.7, the lesion is wider than tall and has smooth margins with subtle macrolobulation, A quick doppler shows internal vascularity within the lesion, there is no problem tenderness ,the lesion is mobile easily slipping under proble, No focal lesion appreciated in the left breast No dilated ducts are seen No architectural disturbance is noted Both axillae appear unremarkable Small vascular fibredenoma in right breast Is it anything to worry,or can I leave it as it is?
