Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing. But later i found i dont have no morning wood and the erection also got effect and no like natural erection and it is not strong like it used to be. I can see the difference in size and girth. I can see the difference in the semen quantity and quality and colour.
I have visited the urologist yesterday and he done physical examination and he didn't found any varicocele and shape changes in testis and it was symmetrical. He asked to take testosterone test and asked me to see him again after 15 days. He gave me this tablet for 15 days named Revel 100 mg Capsule - Mucuna pruriens extract. I worried right now and i didnt got the correct answer. Should i consult once more. This keeps me stressing out.

I am 32 years old and I have been facing an enlarged prostate issue. I am currently taking Flotral 10 mg (Alfuzosin) tablets.
I am planning to have a baby, but I am facing difficulty with erections. I can get an erection sometimes, but it is not hard or firm enough for intercourse.
Could you please advise what might be causing this and what treatment or tests I should consider? Will Flotral/Alfuzosin affect my erection or fertility?
I got some small bumps on penis foreskin and it's been for a few years that I have been started noticing. Is it relater to skin or sexual activity

I'm sexually active for 2-3 years, all my previous hiv tests are negative. I always use protection. I recently had a exposure but with protection 6 weeks ago and today did hiv elisa and tpha antibody tests and both are negative. I have 3 small warts or bumps in my penis skin for 3 weeks. I am feeling some burning sensation inside penis and some pain in testis veins area. But no pain near warts. No discharge and no painful blisters. I consulted a dermatologist, he said it's molluscum and can be removed not serious and Fully curable. I took a second opinion with a infection disease specialist He checked and said its hpv and not curable. I'm very much worried and depressed. Also mentioned no tests available to test for men. Kindly help me to diagnose the actual problem, is there any hpv tests to do for men? I googled and came to know there 100+ strains in hpv. How to find out whether I'm hpv positive or not? And which strain it is? Or its something else.
