Profound hearing loss in left ear confirmed yesterday through audiometery. Doctor started with oral steroid medication and steroid shot in ear drum.

Pain and redness in throat
Having pain and redness in throat from last 2 days. Doing salt water gargle and taken Azithromycin ip500 yesterday night 1 tablet There is redness in backside of mouth, the soft tissue area
7 months ear fullness glued feeling
Left Ear feeling heavy, tinitus n fullness from Feb 2026. Doctor prescribed 10 days twice a day- eebas 20, deca 6 , RUTHBRO, AZIBRO LMT and combinase FT spray twice a day. Along with steam karvol plus once a day . Felt 60% better but again after swimming again ear felt full n heavy. So again same course was repeated for 15 days along with 5 days of Otocap VT n Levocitrizine. Now when I do very forceful vasalva menuvr I feel a little temporary relief from upper side of ear but down side is still feel stuck. Audiometry n typnogram shoes mixed hearing loss
Fess & Septoplasty doubt
Hi, I have done my Septoplasty + FESS 14 days back my right side nostril is completely clear but left side is still blocked. Also I spitting out dark blood till today is it normal? I can also see a turbinate like thing which is inside my left nostril is it swollen or blocking the nasal passage should we need to remove/reduce it again?
