Hi Doctor, I have open pores on my cheeks and nose, tiny bumps on my forehead, and mild perioral pigmentation. My skin currently looks dull and I am also looking to improve overall skin brightness and glow. My current skincare products: Derma Co 1% Salicylic Acid gel Face Wash with salicyclic acid and witch haze for active acne Ponds super light gel oil free moisturizer with the hyaluronic acid and vitamin e hydrate skin non sticky Dr. Sheth's Ceramide & Vitamin C Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++, Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB Protection, In-Vivo tested, Lightweight, No White Cast, Reduces tan Please guide me on a daily routine and suitable ingredients (like Vitamin C, Niacinamide, or Alpha Arbutin) for skin brightening and refining pores.

Doctor, I have a very small lump in the middle of my lower back, just above my hips. I’ve had it for around 4–5 years. It doesn’t hurt and I haven’t noticed any significant increase in size.
