Please guide me for the oil with better efficacy between Mahamash ( niramish) oil and Mahavishgarbha oil for cervical trapezius muscles spasms and nerve weakness around neck.
My eyes are very sensitive to fragrance and catch allergy from fragrances like camphor. Eyes get red, swollen and watery with such fragrances. Zandu rhumasyl, Dhanvantari tael, lukmane hayat, mahanarayan oil have not helped previously.

My height is 5'5" (165 cm) and my weight is around 53–54 kg. A dietitian suggested gradually reaching around 60 kg and eating something nourishing every 2–3 hours instead of having two heavy meals.
What does Ayurveda recommend for healthy weight gain in my case? Is frequent eating every 2–3 hours appropriate, or should I wait until the previous meal is digested?
Could you please suggest the appropriate meal frequency, foods, and lifestyle for healthy weight gain? All my life I have been underweight like this. I am vegetarian. I take two heavy meals a day and a light breakfast. Work from home job - sedentary lifestyle.

3. Culture negative 3times
4. Urine quantity good
5. Night frequency 1-2
Suggest medicine. Facing from so many days.
My muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I follow every advise by doc. Still there's pain. I've been taking laxatives daily for 2 years. Cremaffin plus causes diarrhea daily. All night it causes stomach cramps & I end up not sleeping well. I recently realized, I had the habit of half squatting while peeing. Like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. To avoid UTI. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes, will it not become like before? please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭 I've been hopelessly undergoing surgeries. Again doc has told surgery. I might die if I keep undergoing surgeries so often. I have other surgeries to undergo for other issues too. It got delayed as I've been undergoing this surgery repeatedly. lost too much weight & weakness coz of pain & surgeries.
I am feverish internally,flu like, measured temp normal. Body temp becomes hot for few minutes then goes normal,but continues to not feeling well for past 7 days. No cold,cough. Burning eyes Not red or teary. Stomach heaviness. Mild cramps. Malaise. No diarrhea. No vomit. I m Able to eat.
*Had street food once before this and also could be mosquito bites.
*Typhoid test is normal. Cbc is normal with neutrophils 71. USG shows reactive mesenteric lymphadenopathy, other normal. No dengue malaria test done. I don't know if it's viral or bacterial.
Is there anything in Ayurveda for viral infection and also for bacterial infection, for stomach n fever ??
(no diarrhea or vomit, firm stool, normal urine, on &off less than 100 feverish) 🙏🏻
