Why do I always have vitd iron and b12 deficiencies if i take supplements they will be normal levels otherwise they decrease it is becoming much problem for me to take tests im taking tests 3 times in a year I'm taking much care regarding food habits also i had mild gastric and I'm having lot of hairfall due to this deficiencies
Hiee..!! So..I want to ask that is it bad to depend on multivitamin and multimineral supplements for long period of time like some doesn't get much time to even eat all proper meals as life is becoming so hectic these days...I used to skip meals for work and studies so I decided to take supplements to fulfill that need but I am worried that is it really good to depend on supplements??
