I eat like a normal 20-year-old, but no matter what I eat, my weight just doesn’t seem to increase. I’ve been struggling to gain weight, and I’m starting to wonder if something is wrong.

I feel like my food doesn't digest, sometimes I eat only 1 meal a day and still feel bloated and pukish.
My blood reports had vitamin D3 of 9.8. Post that I took 60,000IU once a week for 4 weeks.
Post 1 week, can I start supplementing 5000 IU of vitamin D3 and k2 daily for 3 months?
Please suggest, if it is okay or I should minimise the dosage?
