I'm 28 years old female..my height is 5 2" and my current weight is 53 kgs. My concern is I'm getting thin day by day . Earlier I used to be around 56 to 58 kgs and I looked healthy and glowing but now my weight is stuck to 53 kgs  tho there is no change in my diet I'm not even doing intense workout. I recently checked my sugar level, thyroid, I got my whole abdomen USG done. All my reports came normal . So what could be the reason I'm losing weight. Or which specialist should I consult to for this matter. Pls help me out. I want to gain weight.

Vitamin deficiency

I was detected diabetic condition in 2019 but from 2020 my blood suger is under 6.3 so doctor suggested me to diet and exercise instead of tablets so from 2019 to till I am following diet and exercise but now days I have defiency for vitamin b12 and D vice Versa . I was taking supplements for vitamin d from feb to may then it is increasing upto 33 which was earlier 6 but only two month of without tablets it is low and now it is 10.45 . So I wanted to advise as it is needed any other test or cure from diet ?

Should I take revital H

I'm feeling tired and exhausted for some months . Also feels pain in the body . Should I consider taking Revital H for some time

I want to increase my body weight

I eat proper meals but weight doesn't increase its very hard to increase weight for me. So I want to consult on this.
