Sir recently I moved from cold(warm) places to chennai (tamil nadu) which is little bit hot....sweating all time and now my head and body has began to develop itching whenever I go at sun and my skin also developed micro hairpoint size small white spots .. what is the reason of it...now I am eating OKACET -L tablet

I was continuously getting skin allergy . Doctors claimed it is sun allergy .But I was not exposed sun at all .It can be any food allergy how can I find the exact reason .
