I am 5 months pregnant. My recent anomaly scan showed a low-lying placenta (placenta previa/low-lying placenta). After reviewing the scan report, my doctor prescribed Ecosprin 150 mg once daily at night.
I have not started taking Ecosprin yet because I am worried about the risk of bleeding due to the low-lying placenta. I have not had any vaginal bleeding so far.
Should I start taking Ecosprin 150 as prescribed? Is it safe to take with a low-lying placenta? What precautions should I follow?
I also have a nasal allergy with blocked nose, white mucus, sneezing, and frequent cough for the last 3 months. Mocet-LC improves the symptoms, but they return when I stop the medicine. Is Mocet-LC safe to continue during pregnancy?

On 26th April I have had Sex with Protection of Condom and for the better precaution I took I-pill after that. On 5th May I got Periods for 5days in Normal way. I had unprotected sex with ejalucation inside a few days back. I have symptoms like breast pain, slight lump near to nipple, nausea, food aversion, fatigue, not able to sleep at night, pain comes when I try to lie down steadily, smell sensitivity, and reduce appetite.
