I have been facing problem of acne ,open pores , pigmentation from last 14 years but it's not coming to an end .I generally get pimples with puss over my chin and upper lip area.there is hyper pigmentation on nose and cheek that makes my skin colour look dull whereas post acne marks are always there . nothing suits my skin type as I get irritation and pimples after using cosmetic or evn face wash .I have oily skin.all this makes me look darker and these things never go away .. please suggest me some affordable treatment
Hi Doctor, i have some issue in my penis foreskin as it don't move freely. I don't know it is due to adhesion or short foreskin or some infection as my glans always remain exposed. I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night.
I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement.
There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching.
Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?
My wife is suffering from intense itching from last 10 days.
She itches usually at night and itching is so intense that her skin becomes red, it appears that blood will come out from body.
Mostly she itches around her chest area.
We want to consultant a doctor and want the reason of intense itching.
My toenail is partially coming out, and the skin underneath appears yellow and black. The toe also looks swollen. Could this be a pus infection or something else?
