Patient Condition The patient is an 80-Year-old woman who is bedridden due to a L4-L5 spine disorder. She has severe weakness in both legs and is unable to stand or walk without assistance. She experiences persistent lower back pain that radiates to the buttock and anal region, causing significant discomfort, especially while sitting and during bowel movements. Because of pain and weakness, she is dependent on caregivers for daily activities and requires further medical evaluation and treatment.
Subject: 11 Days Post-Cautery (Suspected PG) - Non-healing Finger Wound Patient: 53F, Left-hand knuckle. Procedure: Thermal cautery 11 days ago; suspected direct cauterization without initial curettage. Current Status: Persistent wound. As of Day 10, noted yellow/white exudate. History: Alternated saline, mupirocin, povidone-iodine, and petroleum jelly. See attached images for 10-day progression. Questions for Consultant: Based on the progressio nin image , is there evidence of an incomplete removal/remaining vascular root? Is the current yellow/white exudate consistent with autolytic slough or clinical infection? Should I continue conservative care or seek immediate surgical excision given the joint location and suspected root? Hello doctors. I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. I am breastfeeding mother. My belly button comes out during pregnency. It doesn't go back. I consulted OBGyn. Doctor told this is not hernia. She told to cough and raise to two legs while examined. Doctor told that muscles are weakened during pregnency. So Do excersise 3 months. Belly button shrink and comes to normal. So please tell me is this normal? I had no pain. No symptoms of hernia. It feel like normal. But outie belly ( small)
