I am just 23 no weight loss as such poor lifestyle sleep diet since few months i am seeing jowls and eye hollowness and deflated cheeks simce past 3-4 months can this get better if i improve lifestyle sleep and diet and supplements skincare ?

Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared. Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face. My dermatologist prescribed me with biotin(5mg)+finasterid(1mg) tablets I read on internet that it has male sexual side eefects like reduced libido, erectile problem, semen amount reduction etc. So I didnt start the meds, now should I start my prescription or not bcz it is a 3 years course minimum.
