Iron deficiency without anemia

Hello, I've been having severe hairfall so i had general blood test done and I'll provide the values below. My ferritin is extremely low so do I take iron supplements? What else should I do? Not able to gain weight

My son , height of 6ft 2 inches has weight 53. He is not gaining weight. His TSH , LFT, cbc tests are normal. Has a little sensitive stomach. Though voice change is there but no mustaches and beard. He is 16 yrs 7 months. What would be the possible reason

Iam very lean and low muscle mass iam a strict vegetarian now iam getting weight traing but i cant get the relevent protein level in a day and now iam taking soya chunks and other legums etc. Is taking soya chunks daily cause any internal problem or any other problems
