I have detected with Submandibular gland stone of arround 16 mm. Doctor suggested to operate the gland by external incision.
Is this surgery done under general anasthesia. How painful is the submandibular gland removal surgery. Will there be any pain immediately after the surgery once I will return in sense from anesthesia? If yes is there any option to eliminate this? I have phobia and fear of surgery.
Hello Doctor,
I have been experiencing symptoms suggestive of Meniere’s Disease, including episodes of vertigo, occasional hearing disturbance, and earlier I had some noise sensation in the ear.
Currently, most of my reports (MRI, EEG, VNG) are normal.
I would like your guidance regarding the best course of treatment.
Kindly advise on the next steps.
Thank you.

I have been suffering from tonsil stones on my right tonsil for years. I cannot manually remove them. It very rarely comes out when coughing. It's causing me persistent bad breath no matter what I do. I've already tried salt water gargle, mouthwash and all the remedies available. When I touch my right tonsil and smell it, it's awful. What's the solution because I've already tried all the home remedies and it's affecting my quality of life.
My brother developed hoarseness of voice after vomiting. An ENT examined him on 16 May and performed an endolaryngoscopy. The ENT diagnosed acute laryngitis and prescribed medicines along with 20 days of voice rest. After about 17 days, the hoarseness is still present and has not significantly improved, but it has not worsened either.”
