I did a medical abortion 3 weeks back and i did have cramps and bleeding for a week. after abortion i had to go for a follow up scan after 2 weeks but due to financial issues i didnt go. Everything seems normal for me but periods havent started yet... took a appointment for saturday. Is it okay if i am late for this follow up!

I am into 38 weeks of pregnancy and it's my first time. All vitals and baby's growth is normal (2.9kg at 37 week) . No complications. Or previous history of miscarriages, placenta previa, sugar or BP issues. My age is 32. Due date is June 7th. Now the doctor is saying me to do elective c section for delivery. I wanted to go for natural way of delivery. Kindly advise why doctors advise elective c section? Is my baby's growth is too much to have natural way of delivery? Shall I wait for water break and labour pain or other symptoms for baby to come out on its own time as decided by nature?
Hello, After my iui on 14th and 15tj day of cycle, dr has given me progesterone for 20 days. And i have heard that till the time we take progesterone period did not come. If not pregnant don't my cycle will get extended for 35 days.
