I have these intense painful cramps during periods If I don't take medicine it lasts for a complete day which is too unbearable for me. I also use a hot water bag but it doesn't help me. I wanted to ask about my girlfriend's delayed period. Her last period started on June 28, and we expected her next period around July 28, but she still hasn't gotten it. We were intimate between July 2 and July 6, but there was no vaginal intercourse or penetration. We only had oral sex and fingering, and there was no ejaculation.
