Stomach Infection in 2 years old baby

My daughter is 2 years old, yesterday she was not eating food like normal and was having light fever. We went to see a doctor, doctor gave medicines Syrup Oflomac m 3ml twice, O bact 5 ml twice, Zincogut 5ml once and Lanzol Junior one tablet, but when we gave Oflomac she vomitted, after 45 min we gave again then it was fine along with Zincogut and Obact, we thought of giving the Lanzol Junior in the morning, but early in the morning she was having light fever so we gave paracetamol drops, she immediately vomitted and when feeded with milk she vomitted the whole milk after 15 min, we again visited the doctor the next day, he gave ondem injection and told to give ondem syrup twice a day. but she is not eating like she was eating before, she is resisting for everything we are giving and also she is having fever after some time.what to be done to get quick relief. In liquid except for water she is not taking anything, she starts crying whenever she is offered food or other drinks like ors.

Baby weight gain

My baby girl born on 4th aug 2023-8 months 26 days old Birth weight-3.1kg Present weight-7.5kg She is on direct breast feeding and weaning started I give her 3 times thick paste type of food She don't like complete solids but fruits she will like to have both puree and whole to eat by herself I usually give her cereals home made powder, makhana,dry fruits powders ,everyday a type of fruits ,poha,plain oats,ragi in powdered paste form, wheat and rava puree ,Greek yogurts etc. she is very active and always busy in playing whole day She got 2 teeth little and one above is just coming she keeps pushing it from her tongue I give her soother and teether to soothe thinking she may have pain..but whatever she takes from hand directly  keeps in mouth and try to chew it But I'm worried of her not gaining weight properly every month His dad and our family everyone are very slim and fit She sleeps enough straight 8-10 hrs and in day also whenever she is tired,she sits ,stand,crawls by herself

Hello doc , my 2 year baby had viral fever 4 days ago and he is under medication now , but I notice that suddenly his appetite is slightly increase , his fever is gone now and he is quite active and playful.. should I concern about his appetite or it's normal ??

Viral fever

My 2yr old is suffering from viral fever from last 14-15days. His fever is coming and going back. Max 100.7°F. after visiting paediatric, he said he is under a viral track and his body will take its own time to fight against it. His urine report is normal. I am really worried regarding his health. Still fever is coming in 8-10hrs gap. Sometimes 2days it's not coming and again reversing back. Please guide.

Motion problem

Hi doctors, my kid goes to motion 2 to 3 times and motion is like pellets and though the pellets are soft she is going in small batches two or three times. What to do?? I think she is not getting free motion .pls help. There is no problem all these days she is 1 year and 3 months old. Pls help
