My last menstrual period was from 22nd to 25th May. Due to contraceptive failure, I took an Unwanted 72 pill on 27th May, within a few hours of the incident. I experienced withdrawal bleeding starting on 2nd June, and it is still continuing. Until yesterday, I was having abdominal pain and leg pain, but since this morning, I have been experiencing significant breast tenderness why it's happening even after seven days of start of the bleeding, to the extent that even a light touch causes discomfort. I am concerned about whether these symptoms are normal side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill and whether they indicate that the pill has pr hasn't worked successfully. Additionally, could these symptoms be early signs of pregnancy, or are they more likely to be side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill? Should I take a pregnancy test, and if so, when would be the appropriate time to do so?
I had unprotected sex with ejalucation inside a few days back. I have symptoms like breast pain, slight lump near to nipple, nausea, food aversion, fatigue, not able to sleep at night, pain comes when I try to lie down steadily, smell sensitivity, and reduce appetite. It's been 2 days since my period was missed. I am not able to take any weight. I am unable to walk or sit for long. There is pain in between the breast and my stomach area, slight back pain sometimes. I am unable to wear a bra due to breast pain and itching is also there in my breasts.
Me and my gf met on 2nd may.It was the 23rd day of her cycle. We did no intercourse or no genital to genital contact. She was lying undressed beside me and I was facing the roof of the room. Her legs were closed one leg kept upon the other. She rubbed my genital part with her hand.I ejaculated. As far as I can remember most of the ejaculation fell on my body and few drops were scattered here and there. Some drops fell on her outer thigh.I cleaned it immediately.Me and even she couldn't feel any semen reaching the vulva. Her legs were closed though. Her next Bleeding occured on 6th may till 9th may.It was as per her schedule. She took 7xl pads and 1 regular pad for that bleeding. Now her next period is late. It was the last time we met. It is already her day 34. She is getting cramps, tiredness, leg pain, disrupted sleep but no period yet.I did a upt using prega news standard kit on 6th june at 9am but she already had urinated at 6.40am and 8am.She had drank cup of tea and 2 sip of water before 8am.
Hi, I am currently in my first trimester. I have been working out for past 4 years in the gym and taking The whole truth brand whey protein. I want to know whether I can continue with the same? Is it safe? I do take protein through whole foods. But sometimes I dont feel like eating protein. Should I switch to plant based protein like cosmix wellness which is pregnancy safe? Or any recommendations?
