High Cholesterol and Triglycerides
My fasting blood test shows total cholesterol 256 mg/dL and triglycerides 536 mg/dL. Are these levels dangerous? What additional tests are needed, and do I need medication to reduce them?

CT calcium score is 70
Hi, I am 47 yrs ,male with hypertension,on medication Telmisartan 40 mg. My CT calcium score is 70. Coronary artery Agatston score Left main (LM) 8.2 Left anterior descending (LAD) 32.3 Left circumfex (LCx) 30.5 Right coronary artery (RCA) 0.0 TMT Stress test is negative . My BP 140/ 90 remain constant during 9 min TMT 2D Echo Normal .except ,Left atrium 300 mm I am on medication for hypertension Telmisartan 40 mg. Lipid profile,all normal except HDL 34 Please suggest how critical is CT calcium score and overall heart health?

High bp, weakness
On Friday her bp was 115/84 and pulse 80 Now her bp is 166/107 What to do... We have checked 3 times after every 5 mins... It's still showing high. What should we do ?
