About Belly button after delivery

Hello doctors ... I got Cesarean. 3 months completed. My belly button comes out(small) during pregnency. It not goes back still. Is this normal? Or hernia? It soft to touch. No pain. It not goes back while sleeping or coughing. No changes. Please tell me ? What is this? And What to do?

Periods started 10 weeks postpartum

I had a normal delivery. My baby girl is 2 and half month old and on complete breastfeeding. After 10 weeks postpartum I got my period which lasted 3-4 days as usual. Is it normal to get period this early if on complete breastfeeding?
