Partner didn't release but took precautionary ipill on Dec 19. Bleeding on 26 and 27 Dec. small mucousy clots and red blood. How much time to wait before taking TXA. This happened back in June and doc prescribed TXA for 4 days.

Dear Doctor, My wife is currently 26 weeks pregnant and this is her second pregnancy. Her recent ultrasound shows a low-lying placenta, approximately 2.6 cm from the internal cervical os. During her first pregnancy, she also had a low-lying placenta, which resolved later and the pregnancy and delivery were uncomplicated. In the current pregnancy, she has had no vaginal bleeding, spotting, pain, or contractions so far. We would appreciate your advice on whether it is safe for her to undertake a short domestic flight of approximately 25 minutes, and if any precautions are recommended.
