I am 25 weeks 2 days pregnant.I can't feel any baby movement only pulsation often.I have anterior placenta.My abdomen become less tighter and baby bump shifts from upper abdomen.My anomaly scan and fetal echo at 22 week is good.I gain only 2 kg weight in 5 months.I am feeling tensed.
I feel multiple lumps in my left breast. They feel rubbery and sometimes firm. There is mild pain, and repeated touching or pressure increases the pain. I also notice more discomfort before my periods. Kindly explain and suggest.

Good Morning Doctor, I had my left salpingectomy on Dec 4 due to ectopic pregnancy. My hcg was around 500 only during surgery. My gynec said.. periods will come after a month. But today I'm just 23 days after surgery and getting brown discharge. My surgery sight healed completely. Recovery is going good . But Yesterday i had mild pelvic pain with mild brown discharge, other than that I have no fever or any other pain symptoms. Looks like i might get my periods today or tomorrow. Is it normal to get periods after 3 weeks of left salpingectomy? I'm worried.
